ReadHowYouWant Braille and DAISY website Launched!

See below for link to site and comments from developer. Due to DRM issues with our in-copyright books, we have not mounted them in DAISY, but they are available in braille. We will mount the out-of-copyright classics titles in DAISY format, soon. When we figure out how to handle DRM to preserve the intellectual property rights of our publishing partners, we will add the in-copyright titles as DAISY books.

Please try the site and let me know what you think.

We launched Braille and DAISY website according to plan.

Website Accessibility:

1. The website is made considering high level of accessibility standards.

2. It has been tested using screen reader "JAWS". Details of JAWS can be read from Wikipedia by clicking on the following link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JAWS_(screen_reader)

Purchasing book from website:

When you order a book that says "On Demand" it means that your selection will be converted and available for download in 10 days. Our order processing service sends acknowledgements to customer and sends the information to operation department to start processing the books that are ordered. Once the order has been made, it will be uploaded on Amazon S3 service and an email will be sent to customer with download link.

When a title is marked "Available Now", after payment you will be given access to download your book immediately after transaction has been made.

Let me know what you think of the site.
